 Introduction 
  "For  Nation  shall  rise  against  Nation,  and  Kingdom  against  Kingdom,  there  shall  be  Famines  and  Pestilences,........and  then  the  end  shall  come." ( Matthew: 24: 7-14).
    Five  Great  Extinctions  are  recorded  in  Human  History.  The  Ancient  Egyptians  predicted  it,  the  Hebrew  Prophets  predicted  it,  and  the  Mayas   built  shrines  acknowledging  it.
  The  question  becomes,  how  much  more  Enviornmental  Destruction, at  Mankind"s  hands,  will  the  Creator  tolerate.  What  Man  destroys,  Nature  will  surely  redeem. Yet  howmuch  is  too  much,  are  we  at  the  end?
   We  were told  that  major  Pandemics  like  Small  Pox,  Yellow  Fever,  and  the  Bubonic  Plague  had  been  eradicated.
  Yet  one  major  character  of  Viruses  is  that  they  Mutate,  changing  their  form  and  methods  of  attack.
  And  though  there  was  an  International  Protocal  and  Ban  on  Biological  and  Biogenetic  Warfare  going  back  to  the  1940"s,  major  Government"s  and  their  Militaries  around  the  World  have  been  perfecting  these  Viral  Weapons  under  the  Banner  of  "Medical  Research"  and  "Defensive  Tactics".
  It  is  these  same  Organizations  and  their  Drug  Company   patrons  which  have  designed  major  "Vaccination  Programs"  which  have  mainly  targeted  People  of  Color,  and  have  done  more  to  assist  the  spread  of  Pandemics,  than  to  prevent  them.
  From  Genetic  Experiments  conducted  in  Nazi  Warcamps,  to  the  Development   of  HIV  as  a  Biogenetic  Weapon,  Pandemics  continue  to  rage,  despite  so-called  desperate  attempts  to  eradicate  them.
    As  a  PHD  Student  in  African  Studies  and  Research  at  Howard  University  in  the  1980"s,  I  was  able  to  travel  in  West  Africa,  to  places  like  Senegal,  Guinea,  and  Mali,  and  observe  firsthand,  Traditional  African  Practitioners  sucessfully  use  Natural  Botanicals  to  eradicate    Tropical  Diseases.
  I  was  later  able  to  make  this  same  observation  among  Native  American  Practitioners  in  New  Mexico,  and  Mexico.
 In  West  Africas,  Blue Green  Algaes  like  Spirulina  have  been  used  effectively  to  treat  Tropical  Diseases  like  Malaria,  and  River  Blindness,  as  well  as  HIV.
  The  Kanembu  who  live  around  Lake  Chad,  as  well  as  the Dogon  who  live  in  Guinea  and  Mali,  are  known  to  have  utilized  the  Blue  Green  Algae  for  both  prevention  and  Treatment  of  Tropical  Disease.
  Vaccine  Programs  in  Africa,  have  often  had  trajic  outcomes,  and  some  Researchers  believe (  myself  included)  that  it  was  the  very  vaccine  designed  to  erradicate  Small  Pox,  which  likely  triggered  the  AIDs  Pandemic  in  AFrica.
